Today I had my first massage with Adam….I am a chronicle teeth grinder and i carry a lot of stress and tension all over my body especially behind my neck. So, I contacted Adam. He was very prompt to respond and gave me clear instructions on how to get to his massage parlour.Adam was very kind, friendly and most importantly very professional.He showed me some at home exercises i could do whenever my teeth grinding causes me pain. His massage parlour was very clean, with relaxing music playing in the background. I chose a combination of thai massage with reflexology ( which relieves stress and tension using meridian points on the feet)Adam took his time, used a nice warm massage oil and knows the right amount of pressure to apply.If you want a firm yet gentle hands/ experienced hand, to sort out all the knots and tightness in your body, in a clean comfortable setting, please dont hestitate to contact Adam.This is no lazy spa treatment but you will be relieved and leave feeling less tension.I will be back again. Adam provided me with the best massage I have ever had to help with my frozen shoulder. He is a true professional, very friendly and really gives his best effort. After my second session he has managed to get my shoulder moving again! He has also worked on my IT band tightness with the same success. This type of therapy is not easy and he is able to give maximum effort throughout. I would highly recommend him and look forward to my next session. Thank you Adam!

Excellent quality massage therapy from a clearly experienced therapist.Friendly and professional, with excellent technique.Recommended.The therapy room has a fan and air conditioning when required, and has calming music, and pleasant lighting. It is a room within a multi unit business space.Gendered toilets are available.Entry is up a fairly steep set of stairs. I am not sure if there is lift access.Unfortunately there is sometimes some noise leakage from other businesses (hairdryers, music), but it is not too bad.

Visited Adam yesterday and I can definitely say I will be returning and recommending him to my friends and family! Adam was very polite and made me feel very comfortable. He was able to fit me in for a last minute appointment as I was suffering with migraines due to neck pain and I woke up this morning with a significant improvement in the way my back feels. For £50 it’s definitely worth every penny. Can’t wait to go again next month!

Adam is one of the best massage therapist I’ve ever come across. Each time after a massage I feel so relaxed and re energised. He really pays attention to detail and communicates well. I especially love the face and head massages at the end of each treatment. I without fail fall asleep every time and wake up feeling like a new person.
