The worst travel agency ever. They charge 4000 or even more pounds extra from our vacation trip. We are 4 people gathered we need some more people with evidence to make a police report, anyone who experienced same thing from this agency please get in you with us by facebook account ( Freshta Rezai).

I contacted Alexa Travel and made a booking. They were efficient, respectful, courteous and provided professional services when bookings.I will provide a fuller review after my travels and share my experience and an evaluation of their services. Karim

This is a fraud company. Please ignore all of their positive reviews that they have clearly written themselves. Please do not go there. They hack into Emirates airline and lie about costs. They have taken my deposit money and would have been more if I did not note the red flags.. they have promised to refund.but have not.. do not fall into the same trap.,They are not an accredited travel agent., please check. I have reported to police and fraud and waiting for them to follow up.

I bought ticket at price then after 2hr did not get confirmation but they call and said price has gone up by £150.00 so I cancelled then I call every day for my refund. Said will be in my account with in 24hr it took them 2 weeks. But taken legal advice . So I was about to file in small court by doing this company will be black listed. Finally money got credited into my account. So be careful

This the worse travel agency I’ve ever seen in my life, they are fraud , Daniel has been taken from almost 900£ extra for my flight, when I contacted the airline they confirmed that my booking was not changed at all and I was not suppose to pay such money . I’ve been asking to speak with owner or the manger since 3 months , they keep giving me an excuses of his unavailability.I spoke with MR Ashe the supervisor he ignored me as well.I will not keep quiet as I don’t want any other person to suffer from what I suffered.I will escalate my concerns to right people or department to let them learn how to treat people.They are absolute fraud

Agent Mark is one of the professional and humble travel agent I ever deal with….. Please guys stop spoiling Alexa Travel UK… they are real and genuine.

If I could give a zero I would.My flight was cancelled received a call from Harry who asked me to pay £150 for flight to be rescheduled. After much deliberation paid £79 for flight to be rescheduled.Spoke with airline Pegasus direct who confirmed I should not have paid extra for flights that were cancelled by airline.Do not use this company they are unprofessional as in my case deceived me.I am taking legal action.

I wanted a flight to Uganda in a limited time of three weeks and tries two travel agents who couldn't help due to the limited time and the available seats were expensive. The travel agent advised to try the Internet and book directly as it could be cheaper. I googled Turkish Airlines and made the call but some how I ended up with Alexa travel. It was mid phone call when I realised but Raj who I was speaking to assured me that they were Turkish Airlines agents but I doubted it. I tried to abort the phone call a few times as I got sceptical and worried but again he assured me that all was well. I reluctantly continued and found me a flight with a reasonable price. He asked me to make £100 on the card and pay the rest after.As soon as I made the payments which was a bank transfer to Times travel I got nervous very very nervous!Googled it and was confronted by the scam reviews. I called my bank and they assured me that the company seems to legit as a few of their customers have made transfers and they have had no allegations of misconduct. I called Raj again and told him how I felt and the importance of the flight/visit to my family and I litterely begged him to be honest and prove me and all the scam reviews wrong!He promised to email my tickets in the next two hours and encouraged me to check my booking on Turkish Airlines and that would prove the legitimacy of the booking. I got the tickets and yes they were booked. I called Turkish Airlines and they too acknowledged the booking that it existed. The worry didn't not stop until I was on plane! Raj checked on me five days before my travel and also after my travel. This is my experience and although I was worried for days before my travel and even swore never to book flights from the Internet again, the travel company deliverd on my flights and I completely had no issues.

Paid Good Morning to make our Tickets to Open Tickets. When it came to using them. Gor past from Pillor to post, and broken promises. Never did sort it out. Would not recommend to anyone. Need looking into.
