Terrible place to work. Staff are treated as just a number and forced to almost impossible targets unless they are old or outright incapable. They hire and promote just to make their equal opportunities statement in line with current guidelines regardless of the individual being able or willing to carry their own job and bully the people who they know won't stand up for themselves therfore creating an almost toxic working environment. The hard workers who carry the incapable get no thanks or reward while the others who don't even come close to achieving their targets just get moved to the easiest jobs. It's a cowboy firm run by careless and unapproachable idiots. Do not work here. There are better and more well paid warehouses in the immediate area.
