If you're going through the reviews trying to figure out whether things have gotten better, they haven't. Placed an order at 7pm, for delivery 2 miles away. It is literally a 10min drive. Arrived at 9.30.Absolutely unacceptable and not recommended. Amazing how every single delivery service we have gotten aside from Papa John's has taken less than 45min AT MOST. Expecting a full refund from this appalling service with the current record in Cambridge for the longest delivery time.Total time; 2h30min delivery for a branch 10min away. If your excuse is lack of drivers, stop accepting orders.

Order placed at 6.45 PM. Tracker said out for delivery at 7.15 PM. I called at 7.45 to query what was happening, was assured it would be delivered in 15 minutes. Called again at 8.15, was assured it would be with us soon. Finally arrived at 9 PM having been on the van for an hour and three quarters. Needless to say it was barely warm and virtually inedible, most of our order ended up in the bin.Prior to this I had been happy with ordering from Papa John's, after this experience I'll be going back to Domino's. Absolute shambles.

This place used to be quite quick and had friendly service. Last two orders took an incredibly long time both pick up and delivery.Only one guy working in the shop. I think I’ll have to move on to Domino’s!

Ordered 1:49Arrived 3:50Cold, missing toppings, ordered Philly cheese steak, no steak was on the pizza, staff were unapologetic, they told me what can I do"Don't accept delivery orders you cannot fulfill. Simple."

Nice pizza but the worst service you'll ever receive.On average, you will wait around 2 hours for a pizza.If you're really lucky, it will be hot!?(But you have to be REALLY Lucky)They won't stock the sides or desserts that you want so don't have your heart set on anything in particular as it's generally pot luck as to what you will receive in it's place.(With no offer of a refund or option to choose an alternative before they deliver.)Then, just before you get hold of a stone cold pizza, with a random bag of stuff that you didn't order, after nearly 2 hours,......You have some cheeky (not in a cute and fun way) Peas taking joker, ring you up and tell you he's outside.Not at your door though, sat in a car outside in a car park, nowhere near your front door.I wouldn't pay for delivery if I knew I had to collect it!?To top it off, the tracker lies to You, much like the staff if you call to see where your 1hr, hour and a half, 2 hour mystery pizza that keeps being promised is!?Like I said, nice pizza (when it's hot) but the service is terrible.Pretty sure they've even left a fake review on here too, saying the opposite of everything I've just said!?Sorry papa John's, you've just lost a customer.

I placed an order at 20:45 with 11PM time slot selected for delivery. After I placed the order I had saw it had changed it back to ASAP delivery. I tried to call the store 7 times to get it changed but no one picked up the phone. After all of that the food arrived after 1.5hours and isn’t even warm. It’s cold. We’re away from home and this isn’t our normal papa John’s store but looking at the reviews of that store in particular now makes me realised it was a bad call.I refuse to pay for cold food that wasn’t even delivered at the correct time due to both website and delivery issues.

Papa Johns has always had quality food. But this specific store in Cambridge always delivers their food cold and stale, and with toppings missing. On top of that, it takes forever for them to deliver. Roughly 2 hours, when I’m barely a 15 minute drive from their store.Their customer service is poor, they are rude, blunt and they will constantly cut you off/hang up when you are talking to them. After an hour and a half, they hadn’t even made my food, but they offered me a small drink as if that would make up for their poor service and quality of food. I hope to get a full refund, and at this rate, I doubt I’ll ever order from them again.

I have ordered from this specific Papa John's Pizza 3 times and all the 3 times they have delivered my order on time and the food was not cold. The pizza and the sides have been really tasty and I feel this place has really turned it around in the past 3 months or so. I am really glad that I can enjoy Papa Johns the way I used to as a child after so many years. Thank you Papa John's New Market Road, Cambridge for this.

Had to wait 2 hours for food. Tracker said it was delivered for 1h30 before it arrived. Spoke to several employees who either hung up after I asked where my order was, or told me it was five minutes away. Food is completely cold now. Not blaming any one employee in particular, and some on the phone were polite, but think this branch needs some serious help. Will be sticking to Domino’s now!

I ordered at 3:45, for a 5:15 delivery. Did not happen. The tracker is absolutely useless as it stated at 5:20 I was enjoying my pizza". I called at 5:30
