Rivendell is one of the best experiences for the weary tourists who have traveled from afar. Very interested to provide guests with superior accommodation and beautiful breakfast. A must for everyone who cares for excellence

Excellent overnight stay here. Room was small but spotlessly clean as was en-suite. Breakfast was well cooked and plenty of it.Craig was welcoming and very helpful on phone and by email. Will definitely use again when staying in the area.

It was Ok... Bed uncomfortable & squeaky we was in room 5 ... Shower took Agesssss too warm up & was not as central as they advertised...it was ok ... No we wouldn't stay again!!!!

Perfect location for Southampton Football Ground.Lovely welcome on arrival.Our bedroom was just lovely with a shower en suite.Tea & coffee with biscuits too.

Room was small but nicely made up and was clean as well as en suite. Wasn't very impressed with the service when we arrived it wasn't all happy it was just pay and here is your key and told to be quiet when we come in as full house. We expected there to be breakfast but were told they don't do it this time of year.. I feel like the communication could of been nicer to make us feel welcome as feel that's what people want and may come back another time. We won't be booking for here again.

It was clean and comfy but I was in a single room with a stud wall and could here everything from bedroom adjacent. Plus I thought they served breakfast but chef was away.

Fabulous I stay two night realy feels at home as it very clean newly refurbished , nice staff and good breakfast .
