Deliciously fresh and tasty fish and chips and feeling so lucky that it's only a mile up the road from our door step!!Incredibly friendly and great customer service.. Very competitive prices. Children's meals available.

Greasy as hell fish like it had been fried 3 times or more chips were bang average best bit were the mushy peas and cans of pop which no chippy could mess up wouldn't use again

On holiday nearby and decided to give it a try based on the reviews. What a great find ! Staff really friendly and chatted the whole time we were waiting, and the batter on the plaice was probably the best I’ve ever had, not greasy at all. Normally I end up leaving the batter and picking the fish out, not this time.

Wow!! Forgot to review this awesome hideaway while visiting the area first part of March 2020, just before COVID-19 reared it's ugly head.Anyhow I came from Vernon, Texas. USA. Just for your Fish and Chips.Yup they are that good, the reputation precedes me.ALMOST.Fantastic fish and chips and I did come from Vernon. That part is true.I didn't really come for the fish and chips I came to visit my uncle and cousin.Giant pieces of fish served with large portions of chips, much more than one could possibly eat so bring a friend.Food was piping hot as it should be.I was disappointed news papers are not used anymore, something about the ink turning peoples poo blue,That's cool. Haha you had me. Next time I'll ring my own bell.Highly recommend, I would send my Mother here.Good job.
