A nice modern store. Almost always busy. The cash counter is very very slow. Even when there is not a queue it is very slow.I use Natwest also and they are at least 8 times faster at the counter in comparison. Not sure why they are so slow. They dont try to sell me anything when I get there - so logically it does not make sense. Whether its a training issue, Santander processes issue or something else I'm not sure.

Bring a book or have plenty of charge on your phone because you're guaranteed a wait in the queue. Five tills with only one or two ever open

Hi I opened an account with Santander June 2012 and still attached with this. Staff of this bank is very helpful and supportive. I have also online banking that is also wonderful and easy.

Everytime I have have been to this bank there us a long cue5 couters are available but only 2 in operationAnd they take an average of 15 to 2o minutes per 3 customer it's absolutely ridiculous

Tried to withdraw money from my bank account and didn't give me the money even though it took it out of my account. Then I asked someone in branch and they said they couldn't do anything even though it was there cashpoint.

Customer service is awful here. I made an appointment to close down my account. When I arrived on time I had to wait 25 minutes before someone could see me. Then the lady told me she couldn’t help me and that I hd to go wait in the queue downstairs. No one knew what they were doing here. Management needs to do a better job!

Came here a few months ago, I was taken ill and the lady was lovely, she got me water and fanned me to keep me cool then kept coming back to me to make sure I was okay, I left in an ambulance.
