Worst service ever, stay away.Regular rude staff over the phone, hanging up on you and getting an appointment is almost impossible. Getting different information every time I phone.

Bloomfield surgery is a awful doctors I do not recommend it to anyone. They never answer the phone, and I phoned up when i had a throat Infection and I found I very hard to breathe and it was very hard to swallow and painful. I was hoping to get antibiotics and they told me they won't give me them and to just let it pass when I was clearly suffering and needed medication. Also had many over awful experiences from this place just bad all together.

This place is a joke. They get you hooked on their bone thinning allopathic muck and then make it impossible to get it leaving you unable to breathe or sleep. Even when the out of hours doctor tells you they’ll fax a prescription to the chemist they don’t bother doing it. And their garbage online ordering system is down half the time so you can’t even reorder. How is it possible for one industry to have this many incompetent people in it? It defies the laws of probability.

Awful place. On hold for almost 2 hours, closing time is 5pm. They picked up at exactly 5pm and hung up the call without a word. Disgusting behavior from the staff.Edit: so to the person from the surgery that replied, if you don't close at 5pm, feel free to fix the times on the page. And, at least to me, your automated system sounds very much like someone lifting the phone and hanging up. Must need my hearing checked.No thank you, don't think I'll be ringing again, 1 hour 50 minute call, starting as 6th caller on the line, ending in first, and speaking to nobody

Amazing service this morning. Connected to surgery to very pleasant receptionist within 10 minutes. Must be the best in Bangor

Receptionists are lovely and will go above and beyond to help patients. Sadly the GPs let the side down, repeatedly demonstrating poor communication skills and an absence of any critical thinking or compassion toward patients. Will be transferring away from this surgery at the earliest opportunity in the hopes of finding a GP capable of showing common sense and an ability to follow evidence rather than blaming the patient for any health issues they may experience. It’s funny, really, that you’ll question a patient’s poor mental health while making precisely no effort to make being alive any easier for them. One doctor in particular ought to be made aware that there is no evidence to suggest higher weight raises testosterone, while there’s a litany of evidence supporting the fact that the opposite is true. I guess for some it’s still fashionable to blame weight for anything and everything. Also worth noting that after 30kg of unintentional weight loss over the course of 3 months, my symptoms have only got worse. I will be taking this further.

I rang them via a sign language interpreter and the receptionist refused to put me through said that the doctor will ring me back via the interpreter, the doctor messaged me to say that she couldn't get the interpreter I rang again and the receptionist refused again I explained that the doctor has tried and explained to me that she couldn't work the signvideo and still they refused to put me through to the doctor! The surgery can text you but you can't reply! Blocking access for the Deaf community which is awful in this day and age with the technology available they choose not to give deaf people the same access to their practice!

Reception staff are the friendliest GP staff I have ever come across. The GPS themselves I have never had any issue with, and my son has recently been treated post surgery by the treatment room nurses who have been great. Long wait times can’t be helped, just ring at 8.30

I would like to share my experience with the appointment scheduling process. While I don't typically give one-star reviews, I feel that the service I received was not up to par. The limited availability to schedule appointments between 8:30am-10am makes it challenging to secure an appointment. Unfortunately, the phone lines are often busy during this time, and I have experienced long wait times. During my last attempt, I waited in the call queue for 30 minutes, only to be informed that it was past 10am and that I would have to call back another day. I understand that the office hours start at 8:30am, but unfortunately, the line was busy, and I was unable to get through until 9:30am. I have been trying to schedule an appointment for a while now, and this experience has been frustrating. I hope this feedback can be used to improve the appointment scheduling process and provide a better experience for patients
