It was my first visit to this branch. The store was clean and the shelves were well stocked. Fruits and vegs were fresh. I will definitely be shopping here on a regular basis

Good clean shop. Some time's I have problems getting a trolley as there aren't enough and you have to wait outside the shop for someone to come out with one. I also wish that they would open another till when there's a queue. You can't go to the self service till if you have a trolley full or want home delivery.

Iceland offers the local community most of their food items that they need and not having to travel far. The staff are really nice and friendly. They also do home delivery which is handy for most parents.

Was very chaoticSeemed there was a staffing issueThe staff that were on til spent their time moaning about the job which made my experience more unbearable.Queued up for ages, decided to use the self checkout, even the security guard was pitching in and supporting customers on the self service.

Friendly and helpful staff, easy to navigate. I made a point of thanking them. This is something that everyone should do. People are quick to shout out loud when they have complaints, but good service should be shouted just as loud, and praised.

I was referred this branch by a nearby Iceland because I wanted some specific things.Unfortunatey they didn't stock the chip shop curry pie or the Birds Eye Unicorn waffles.Apart from that I managed to get Lorne sausage and Spam fritters.
