Guitar Lessons with Tom | Your Guitar Academy
I've been playing guitar for best part of 30 years, mostly noodling and playing tabs to be honest. I had hit a plateau and didn't want to learn theory as it seemed boring/hard/too complicated. I decided I needed to get past this and a handful of lessons with Tom later and he's really helped in taking my playing to the next level. He's great at tailoring lessons to be fun, interesting and stretching enough that I'm not drowing in theory - highly recommended! :)

I have been having lessons with Tom for a couple of months. He's been great, always very patient and positive. The lessons are well structured and at the right level for my ability. He'll always go out of his way outside of lessons to provide suggestions on backing tracks, things to try etc.

Tom is a fantastic guitar teacher. He knows his instrument inside out and is able to immediately tell the areas that I had to and wanted to improve in my playing. His vast knowledge allows classes to be really eye opening and constructive while still making it fun and inspiring.

Tom is a great teacher. He's patient and kind and clearly has a lot of talent and experience in playing the guitar. My son really enjoys his lessons with him, which are relaxed, but at the same time Tom still encourages him to push himself when things get tricky. I would definitely recommend him.
