I have worked with Data-8 since 2014 and have always had a top service. Particular mention to Rich Davies who is my account manager, and Lewis in the tech department. They have been able to handle my frantic last minute request for telephone appending and validation. Would highly recommend for any business that requires high levels of service, and industry knowledge.

Terrible Customer service -We paid for a developer to integrate their software, then due to poor communication or understanding on Data-8 side we have now to find another software solution due to the lack of clarity regarding their products and support.Bryony the head of customer service, then attempted to demean us as a client. This only happened when we had two enquiries which they did not understand or provide answers to.If you are in need of a great verification service provided by professionals then avoid this company.Any serious business users should avoid this service at all costs.
