Amazing service! They sourced a part for my Huawei phone really fast - I called them Friday afternoon and they got it on Saturday morning. You can make an appointment and skip any queue, or drop in to get the work done.Really friendly, decent, knowledgeable, professional and nice.Highly recommended for paisley phone repairs.The place keeps really convenient hours and they do a great job.Thanks to each of you! Went in to buy a wireless charger for my phone and the nice guy asked to take a look at my port as I wouldn't be needing to buy the wireless charger and he looked at it cleaned it all out and gave me it back free of charge. Brilliant service certainly will be back

The staff was very polite and friendly, on a human level the place wasn't bad at all. However, they misdiagnosed the problem that my device had. After several days of waiting I was offered a non-sensical suggestion about a hardware fault which was subsequently disproven by another professional in about 20 minutes. I am left wondering if my device was ever even inspected at all.These guys might be absolute pros when it comes to phones, but based on my experience I would not recommend taking a PC to them.

After smashing my phone screen, I brought it into it repair Paisley to be repaired. It turned out that the replacement screen needed to be shipped in from abroad, so it took a few weeks before repair work could begin. Nonetheless, the it repair team kept me updated on the situation over email and as of today I have my phone back and working again. Despite being hesitant at first, I can honestly say that I'm glad to have entrusted my phone to it repair and would happily recommend their services to others. Thank you in particular to Ali who helped carry out the repair. Highly recommended
