South Wales Heating

I wasn't aware of South Wales heating, even though I knew the owner. They contacted me as they knew from my Facebook status that I had a problem with my heating. Sue promised to send her best engineer out, she was confident he could rectify my problem and save me a lot of money in the process. Sue kept me updated throughout the whole process from the first visit to ordering parts and the final repair visit. The engineer was professional, friendly & very good at his job. We had been around 6 weeks with no heating and now we are back in action ready for the winter. No doubt other companies could have made a repair too but the others I contacted all wanted to replace the system which we couldn't afford in the current climate. The final bill from South Wales Heating was very reasonable. This is a company I would send to my mother and gran as they are a honest company with values. A honest job at a very fair price.
