Suzanne was so lovely and accommodating while I tried to get an appointment around my working hours. Her massages have really helped with my back and shoulder problems from working at a desk and I feel so relaxed after each visit. Her treatment room is also perfect and the bed is so comfortable. Would highly recommend!

Thanks to Suzanne for the excellent service. I was a little nervous of getting gel nails after a previous bad experience but Suzanne was very reassuring and knowledgeable and explained the benefit of every step! I wanted something special but understated for my holiday and Suzanne offered a wide range of colours. She gave excellent advice for matching colours. Will definitely be booking myself in for a post-holiday massage! The spa space is very serene and Suzanne’s calm, gentle nature makes for a lovely experience!

Having only had my first ever paid massage in May, I seen this was close to my house and thought I'd give it a try. Suzanne was very nice and was very caring from the beginning until the end. At the beginning I was left to strip down and put myself on the table. It was more comfortable than the one I had on a cruise ship and the atmosphere was amazing, very comforting. I only had 30 minutes where she worked on the problems that I have been having and it amazed me where exactly I was feeling it sore in the areas that I feel I have left untreated. It was a very good massage, and the advice given to me after it was excellent, so much so that I drank 2 litres of water on the same night. I enjoyed it and I will be using this service again.

Suzanne has a beautiful treatment room which sets the tone perfectly for a relaxing and therapeutic massage. She's clearly very knowledgeable and was able to focus on some areas of tension in my back with great effect. All in all Suzanne is a great masseuse and I will be making regular appointments from now on!

Definitely worth going to Serene Beauty for any treatments. I had a fantastic pedicure and foot scrub, followed by gel polish. My feet feel and look amazing! Suzanne puts you at ease from the minute you arrive. I'm re booking for sure.
