Used to be a great supermarket, on my recent visit seemed tired and run down. Site is fine, central and convenient, car parking is excellent, stock is no longer particularly special.

In Dumfries — Bit of shopping then Into Morrison’s for odd bits . What a lovely shop spotless cleanToilets were immaculate and just smelt so cleanStaff were so nice too10 out of 10 x

Disgraceful service. Made to feel stupid, because I put my items on the wrong side of the self service. Extremely rude supervisor on self service desk. Came put her number in. Told me id put items on wrong side. She walked off but it needed clearance again as I then removed my stuff from wrong side. Stood with her back to me chatting to another staff member. Items left and customer left never to return. Who wants to be treated like that.10am25:10:2023Outrageous treatment.

Visited cafe for breakfast and ordered at the self-service screen. Service was timely and polite. Food was freshly prepared and enjoyable. Self service for drinks. Tables and seating area clean.

I like shopping at Morrisons and this one was nice and quiet, there is petrol station on site and Range is next door. We don't have Range where we live so Morrisons was a lucky find. Car park was big enough so there were plenty spaces. Shop is only 5 minutes away from the edge of town so getting back on the road is quick and easy.
