They destroyed 2 pairs of boots and offered me a fiver in compensation. Customer service sadly lacking. Will never use them again

Friendly bloke very helpful, had keys cut, boot zip being replaced, watch batteries replaced with my watch battery lifetime vouchers and had good advice given for a cream to restore the leather on the boots. Great little resource in the Morrison’s store.
