Tom and the SRD team did an awesome job in every respect. They made an inspired, custom design based on our wishes and provided great products which fit the vision we had! We love the custom coffee table - a mix of dark iron and light wood. The copper pipe shelving unit is beautifully handcrafted, and a breeze to put up, all on our own. We also got some custom brackets and custom wood plank shelving made with colors that really fit the vibe in our apartment. Overall we love the products, and working with Tom was a pleasure. I can't recommend Steel Roots Design enough! Thanks again!

We've had a copper pipe shelving unit and some lazer cut shelving brackets from steel roots design. They are both top quality, and have stood up well to a few years use. There are plenty of cool local cafes and bars furnished by steel roots here in Sheffield... It's nice to show them off to out-of-towners; we've got some stuff by them!”"

Tom and his team fitted out a concrete shell in Park Hill, Sheffield. We took occupancy on time, and the results have been fantastic. The team love it, and clients love it. Everything works really well, design issues were fully aired, discussed and agreed. Tom managed to keep the neighbours onside despite the reverbrating drilling which was prolonged and loud!!!. We were also in receipt of a manual for the building, and all relevant documentation, warranties and instruction manuals were delivered. Highly recommended!!!

Steel Roots Design
Tom took my sketch and greatly improved it. The final piece, a wood and steel coffee table, looks perfect in our living room and is admired by all our visitors. Full marks for genuine old-fashioned craftsmanship and design used to produce a truly individual work.
