Bluebird Care Leeds North

DONT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY its such a toxic place!! I worked for them for over 7 years and it was a good place to work until Sheree took over. She's a money grabber as dont know how many times she has put customers prices up but pays carers £10.50 but advertises for £13 so don't be fooled. If your not one of the favourites then you get treated differently. She also pays her family and friends to put reviews on to make her look like it's a good place to work but it isn't as a lot of staff have either left or leaving.She also gives you a bad reference when you leave too so just shows her true colours.This is factual and she tells that many lies she's evil

I work for Bluebird care. I've worked here now for over a year and can honestly say it is the best place. We look after our clients with the utmost care. I love my job and I love supporting my clients. We have some very joyous days. The office staff are just brilliant too. They not only do constant reviews to make sure our clients are being supported in the right way but they support us staff too. I feel so lucky to work for Bluebird North.

I am really loving working at Bluebird Care Leeds North - I started as a carer and absolutely loved the role - such a privilege to work with such amazing customers with so many interesting life stories. Then I've been lucky enough to secure a Customer Relations Officer role and this is just brilliant - great to see the other side of the business and work with such amazing people in the office. There are challenges and hard work involved in both roles but they are both equally rewarding - and I feel very lucky to have found Bluebird Care. I would highly recommend working here to anyone - such a great employer with excellent opportunities to further your career should you wish to do so. My Nana is looked after by the amazing Bluebird care team! She was very nervous to have care at first but the carers have made her feel so relaxed and settled about receiving care! She and us family are so happy with the care they give and the office staff are amazing and super accommodating and there to help 24/7! Everyone at bluebird care puts 110% into their caring role! Thank you Bluebird!

It's been a few years since my last review of Bluebird care Leeds North and loads has changed so I thought I would give a more recent review. We have new posh and loads better premises and some of the office staff have changed too. The professionalism surrounding the care we provide remains the same if not better due to our on going training and support we receive from the office which is just what we need when being out on our own.Being out on the road can make you feel a little isolated at times but the office staff are always on hand to help out and the on call service they provide is brilliant and answer any questions or concerns we have. I have not looked back since joining Bluebird nearly 7 years ago and I consider myself part of a bigger family which is a lovely feeling.I would recommend Bluebird care Leeds North to anyone thinking about a new career in the care industry or anyone looking for a new challenge.

It was great to work with Bluebird as a supplier for their new office signs and graphics. Easy to work with, quick replies to any questions I had and paid on time. I look forward to working with them in the future.

Absolutely amazing place to work. The team is amazing and is always there if you need anything. It feels like one big family.
