Outpatient bookings could not be worse. Impossible to get through to anyone. You wait on the phone and then they say everyone is busy and the line goes dead. I called my insurance company to keeping harassing them and eventually they called and said they would send a test kit in the post. They sent it through and there were no instructions on what to do with it or where to take it. Complete joke. It would be funny if I wasn't in pain waiting for treatment.

Amazing service from first consultation to surgery aftercare. They even called me at home to see how I was doing the evening I left. Cant fault them.

The consultants are very competent but some of the secretaries are appalling.The reception team was mostly okay apart from once where they messed up so much stuff.Getting through to them by phone is indeed impossible.

Wonderful surgeons. Very caring, they take time to ensure I understand fully what's to happen. Two very successful hip operations. i'm about to have a spinal op.The support staff situation has also improved greatly in the past couple of years. I wouldn't go anywhere else.i

Manor Hospital has the worst admin I have ever encountered. I tried to get a private MRI as my local hospital gave me a long wait and I am in pain. Manor Hospital completely failed to find the referral sent to them by a nearby hospital that they said they often have referrals from. They don't answer their phones at all. I can't comment on their clinical work as I never got that far. My advice is don't bother, find another hospital, it's not worth the agony.

Once you get past booking everything functions a lot better. Had my MRI and have been booked into surgery relatively quickly. The nurses are great.Old review: Trying to get a price request for an MRI and surgery and heard nothing.Called to try booking the MRI and was told they needed to go to bookings to check. No time frame whatsoever.My consultant was great so I am seeing if he works for any other hospitals as I am fed up of waiting.You would think private they would care for the money but obviously not.

This is the worst hospital. It’s taken months of emails to sort a simple procedure for my son. They never respond for weeks and nobody picks up the phone. What on earth is going on? Seeing the reviews, we’re not the only ones complaining about this. It’s not on.

From start to finish the whole Manor Hospital team made my hip replacement diagnosis and procedure a simple and relatively pain-free process. All the staff from reception, Admin to X-RAY, ward staff, anaesthetist, phlebotomist and surgeon were fantastic - thank you!

They haven’t refunded me for an overpayment I made and it has been around 10 months since I asked for it. Super slow, never pick up calls. Admin staff is so poor I don’t recommend. It is so much hassle.
