A really understated gym. There are great facilities and the staff are friendly. The management have taken time to ensure that all of the equipment is maintained and clean, and welcomes a range of customers with no restrictions on who is welcome. It also offers a pay by visit aswell as membership payment option for those who just want to drop in.
