I've been seeing Andy for Sports Massage for several months now, after he was recommended by a friend. Totally sorted out my aches and pains, and I now go every fortnight for maintenance. Nice guy, good massage, and available 7 days a week to fit around work.

I visited Andy for a shoulder injury I've been struggling with for a few months. I'd previously used the GP telephone service but the advice they gave wasn't working.Straight away, Andy was friendly, hugely professional and really reassuring when asking the questions. He diagnosed the issue and took his time to explain it so I fully understood the cause and impact it was having. He then gave me some really useful exercises to complete along with a detailed care plan.Overall a fantastic service and I now feel really confident in recovery after months of pain. Couldn't recommend him more highly.

Went along for a sports massage for a lower back problem and I must say Andrew was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He not only did a great job of identifying source of my back problems, but I felt alot better after the massage itself. Andrew also gave me some great advice on how to minimise my back problems. Defo recommended!

Andy is very professional and knowledgeable. The acupuncture has been in the correct locations, without any pain, discomfort or feelings of nausea.Couldn't be happier on how quickly Andy saw me the first time as I was in a lot of pain and the appointments afterwards have been booked in at brilliant times. Location is great and central to Shipley. There is parking by the Triumph shop which is free after around 6pm or 6:30pm and less than 150 yards from the premises.

Went for my first Sports massage and will definitely be going back!I was able to get booked in super quick at a convenient time. From start to finish Andy made me feel very comfortable and offered great advice. I am feeling much better afterwards. Would definitely recommend!

I went to see Andy after picking up an injury playing football, as I was concerned about the impact it could have on my running.Andy was friendly, professional and thoroughly assessed the injury, offering me great advice on how to manage it and ensure that I didn't experience any further issues.As well as this, he offered me advice on my running plans and training schedule, as well as showing me specific exercises which will benefit me going forward. I will definitely be using these in my training and won't hesitate to go back to Andy in the future.

Andy was very welcoming and knowledgeable when I came to him with my knee problem. We spent a good amount of time talking through the issue and lifestyle choices that may have caused it. Following the physical exam he provided me with some excellent guidance as well as strengthening exercises. Couldn't recommend him enough!

Had only 2 sessions of Shockwave treatment over the past 2 weeks on an Achilles tendon injury and it has worked it’s absolute magic, along with doing my bespoke exercise program from Aaron! Don’t put up, just go and get your injury and pain sorted properly!

I wanted to start getting fit again after a couple of years of being quite out of shape and unhealthy, but was experiencing lower back and leg pain when exercising. I went to see Andy yesterday and he assessed me thoroughly and gave me strengthening and stretching exercises to do. He watched me do the exercises and corrected my posture so I was doing them properly with the right muscles. This is just the help I needed to get exercising safely and effectively without hurting myself in the process, and I can check back in with him as needed. Money well spent! Thanks Andy :-) Matt
