Hotter than the devils nut sack in store today, queue for the print store out to the door, with only person on the desk, whilst their colleagues needed to tag team another customer about a simple DHL enquiry, for all the energy spent and wasted today I would have been better to buy my own printer and do it myself.

Good experience - went to buy some Posca pens as they were cheapest. The lady at the till helped me to sign up to Rymans membership and received a further discount.

The manager Sarah was just superb during visit at the Ryman store today. She is so excellent in her customer service that I cannot describe it into just few words. I wanted to deliver a parcel to Bangladesh and I was completely clueless regarding this matter. Sarah had patiently guided through the entire process. It took me more than 30 minutes to finish the process. Sarah was helping me out whenever I needed her and she was helping out other customers at the same time. She was perfectly multitasking every work. Sarah is a perfect manager for a busy shop in Birmingham town centre where staffs have to deal with clients from different countries. She is a guardian angel for me today because I needed the help and guidance to send some urgent parcel and I have just got 100 percent support from manager Sarah. Thank you so much Sarah. You are such an wonderful person.

I love this branch of Ryman’s. The staff are polite, knowledgeable and friendly. They offer photocopying and scanning and have a wonderful array of stationery and printers. There’s everything you could possibly need. The location is so brilliant for New Street Station too.

Cancelled my order as they were too BUSY to print THREE pages. This was the message conveyed by a store person who felt it necessary to continue interrupting her colleague whibwas attempting to serv me.

Excellent customer service from the supervisor working at the temple street branch on Thursday afternoon. Went in just before they close, looking for something urgently, and the supervisor helped me out massively. Super friendly guy too.
