I queried the price of my dog's medication and the Director emailed me stating she would not treat my dog further. My dog has heart disease. The reception staff were dishonest. They definitely do not care. Awful people, rude and dishonest.

Horrendous. I felt my dog died due to negligence. A year after the claim was made and paid by my insurance company I received a bill for an additional £350. I asked for my case to be referred to the Veterinary Client Mediation Service, which Park Hill Vets refused leaving me no other option than launching a court case. Try St Boniface Vets, Crediton for a professional, reliable, honest service

AVOID AVOID AVOID. Should be an option for 0 stars. Money grabbers, don't actually care for the welfare of your animal. More concerned about lining their pockets. Rude unhelpful reception staff aswell. On going check ups that have got us nowhere, after spending £120 on check ups alone they won't answer a simple question over the phone without paying for a telephone consultation.

The first incident was when we took our cat in to be neutered and told the vets he cannot digest wet food (which is what THEY told us). When we came to pick him up the first thing we where told was we have given him half a bag of wet food" he was so hungry he ate all his bowl of food biscuits then was able to break into our cupboard and eat out of the food bag untill he threw up in our kitchen. The second incident was when I had to ring them up telling them my kitten had passed away

I understand that the nature of the outcome with your pet can influence how you review a veterinary clinic, so I'm writing this before I know for sure and is solely based on the practice, people and prices. We took our hen here as it's a rare location for a 'chicken friendly' vet (Susan). She was knowledgeable and offered much information by email before even arriving. The reception staff were able to give us a full quote before arriving, in writing. The welcome was friendly and the process for hens (in a world of avian flu) was good. We received excellent care for our hen, and Susan was thorough in a pre-procedure assessment and knowledgeable about all aspects of keeping hens. The procedure needed a veterinary nurse (Helana) who was wonderful with our hen, and knowledgeable too. The consultation price was reasonable for a specialist and the price of the medication was OK although not competitive on a national scale (there is quite a north-south divide). My five stars is based on punctuality, friendliness, pre-visit information (by email), knowledge and level of care for our hen. Thank you.

I would like to express my gratitude to the all staff at Park Hill Vets. Today we could feel that wellbeing of animals is your priority. Thank you for booking us for an appointment despite of lack of availability you chose to prioritise the urgency of the situation. Thank you for helping our beloved cat to leave this world in a kind and gentle way.

Very unfriendly staff, not helpful at all! Refused to ask the vet a question for me unless I paid £25 phone consultation! Money grabbers and not actually interested in your fur babies, all about money. Really sad never been with a vets like it! Stay away!

If I could there would not even have been a star. Summed up in one don't". What that means is just do not give them your business
