I went to Vertu Honda Nottingham after seeing one of their approved used cars online and having had so so experiences at a few local dealers I was really surprised by how helpful the staff were regarding the car I was interested in. I was helped by Annice and Mark who made the whole experience easy and painless, thanks to their very knowledgeable and friendly service. There was no hard selling and I enjoyed the whole experience including the rather fun unveiling which I wasn't expecting at all but it added to the picking up a new car excitement. Loving the car so far and many thanks to you for all the help in making buying my new car special.

Visited today for an MOT, booked online, got a really prompt response to my query via a helpful call. Arrived early but this was no problem, staff were helpful and friendly. I chose the outdoor waiting area and had a breakfast bap and coffee whilst I waited. Overall a non nonsense, service with great customer care. It was all made easy and enjoyable! Thanks all!

The way the team led by Tom handled my issues with the vehicle after I took delivery was superb. There were are couple of issues that could not be attributed to the dealership, however Tom took personal ownership of the issues and resolved them in an efficient and timely manner."

What a great experience! I dropped my Fireblade off with a brake fault on Saturday 8th July and was told that they are booked up until the end of August. Well 4 days later the bike was finished and my brakes have never been so good. Perfect service and excellent communication. Will definitely be back for my next abs service. Thanks a lot.
