Time wasters. Sold a product to me without specifying how long it would take to be delivered. When pressed a few days later they admitted it would be 4 weeks. After 4 weeks, with no other updates I asked for an update and received no reply. When I asked again they cancelled my order. Massive waste of time.

Absolutely brilliant. The mark of a great company is when they go above and beyond their responsibility to ensure a service is completed. Enormous thanks to the team for helping with a difficult issue with the delivery company. Edward took ownership of making sure everything ended up where it should be. Thank you!

Ordered goods on 26th January 19 and as of today 21st Feb 19 goods not arrived, No reply to phone number or message sent. Due to lack of dispatch email and poor communications I am unable recommend this company.

Made a purchase in May. Delivery dates not kept to. No communication ever received, unless hounded for by myself.(I had to chase the 7 email responses I received over a dozen times. I desperation for a response has clearly been interpreted as rude? Communication could have been provided, rather than chased for so much) My emails were ignored. I panicked that our school had been scammed out of hundreds of pounds. Staff were unapologetic and refused to give me Customer Service Manager's details. (Work details requested i.e. name and contact details - nothing personal). AVOID THIS COMPANY IF YOU KNOW WHAT IS GOOD FOR YOU. Post sales service is non existent. They have all the scripted, non specific answers which I am sure they will use after this review. By the way the item was received 4 months later which also puts some perspective over the amount of communication which could have been provided"."

Don't let the reviews put you off.Ordered a winther Viking bike beginning of Nov23. Arrived today.Was worried after 3 weeks and reading some of the reviews after ordering but the product page clearly stated 2-4 weeks lead time and it was 4 weeks .Unable to fault the experience, will use again.

Brilliant service, products are amzing, free delivery even on the smaller items. Really haply will def be using them again.

I still haven’t received my item and cannot speak to anyone regarding the purchase. The phone lines don’t work, the live chat is non responsive and emails are not answered. Do not buy through this company they have either closed down or they are scammers!!!!!
