Booked online for an initial visit 3 days ago.Feet very sore, swollen and tired after a walk on SundayMegan was professional and reassuring. She answered all my questions and gave me advice on aftercare.Very reasonable pricing too for a 30 minute initial appointment.

I have been treated by Claire today for the removal of an ingrown toenail. The level of care and professionalism was excellent. The procedure was very well explained and consent for the procedure was gained both verbally and in writing. The levels of hygeine were immaculate, both in the clinician and in the clinic. Keep up these levels of exceptional care. This is the best foot clinic I have ever used.

We have been going since it opened, they are marvellous, lovely Becky on reception and bubbly Kerry will have you in stitches. All the the staff are great especially Claire and Robert don't know how we would manage without them.

TOTALLY FAILED MY YOUNG DAUGHTER. Six months ago I paid £225 to have an ingrowing nail repair for my young daughter. This involves removing a slice of nail and then using a form of acid to prevent it growing back. Initially it solved the problem but since she has had several very painful infections because the procedure either did not remove enough nail or the acid did not prevent the nail from regrowing. We are now waiting for the NHS to fix the problem! The condescending email from the owner blaming my daughter for it was wholly inappropriate and rude. For them to even look at it they wanted me to pay AGAIN...Happy to charge you for every minute they have contact with you but duty of care...none! Shame on you!

What an AMAZING place! Tom is brilliant at what he does and puts you so at ease! Knew this place was here but never been. Did not realise how many other practices they carry out! Smells lovely inside, has a really nice feel to the place and wouldn't hesitate to go back now I have experienced today. Fab! Check it out :)

I had surgery for an ingrowing toe nail in DEC , the cost was £225, I was told that this would sort it out rather than keep going back every few weeks . The surgery would involve using a chemical so that part wouldn't grow back Weeks later still having issues, my toe was examined and it was confirmed that it would be redone at no cost as it hadn't been done right the first time.My appointment was made, for 2/3 weeks later and 4 hours before my appointment I received a call from Claire to say she believed I was under the impression there would be no charge , well it will be another £225. I was under the impression as I had been told that would be the case. They then said they would go 50 / 50. I wasn't happy that they ring 4 hours before I'm due there. Anyway after an email I sent they offered to do it FOC but I have lost all confidence and will go elsewhere.

I went to the Foot Clinic thinking I had fungi on my toe nail. On the first visit they sold me Mykored for the fungus infection, I used it with no improvement for three weeks. Three weeks later I had a second appointment, to ask them if my nail could be removed, they said it could be surgically removed for £225.I went to another clinic for a second opinion and it turns out I never had any fungi infection on my nail!!! I just had trauma the nail was dead, could be removed with no need of surgery or anaesthesia, and another nail was growing underneath.Time and money wasted on this clinic to be given a wrong diagnose, what if I had had a bigger problem. The only positive thing I have to say about it, is that they were all very nice and very polite, but apparently they thought they could scam a foreigner or maybe they don’t have better knowledge when it comes to diagnose a dead nail.I have to be honest with other future costumers, and explain my experience was very disappointing and what it seems a lack of knowledge and professionalism when it comes giving the right solutions to the real problem. Money and time wasted in this clinic.
