Just got my daughters dance stuff from here staff were so helpful

As a fancy dress provider I would never use again. I bought a £17 wig for a fancy dress party but had to collect my son from cub camp because he was ill. I never got to wear the wig. It was still in an unopened box with the receipt. I went to return it hoping for a refund but she would only exchange or give me a credit note. My children don't do dancing lessons or shows so there really is no need for me to use that shop again. Don't use for fancy dress alone. The stock is limited as is their customer service.

I wouldn’t recommend this shop to anybody. Extremely Poor customer service. I visited for the first time yesterday to purchase a new dance outfit and both ballet and tap shoes for my 5 year old who had recently changed dance school. I spent a total of £65 and as my child was at school bought the sizes I thought may fit. I was told by the sales assistant/owner I could bring anything back that wasn’t required or didn’t fit. When I returned less than 24 hrs later to return the shoes I was told no refunds unless it’s on the same day of purchase, nothing of this was mentioned to me the day before or I would have returned them after the school run and after my daughter had tried them. I was then told that she wouldn’t change the rules and that a credit note would suffice as my child would grow and need new things In the future. I explained that because I was told I could bring them back I had that eve ordered the original shoes off line that I know fit my daughter feet! She has a long slender foot so shoes often come up loose on the sides. I was then told that they didn’t have time to explain the refund policy to everyone! Which I then said You told me I could bring them back!! Absolutely appalled with this service, quick enough to take your money with a smile and no thorough explanation of policy’s regarding refunds and return. But then to refuse refunds less than 24hrs later because the cashing up had been done! Is unacceptable. Poor stock levels and to be honest shoddy staff, shoddy shop and a shoddy experience overall really. No customer care, no level of service just all about the money. I will have to return to spend my credit not as Dance mania now owe me £33.50 but I will be informing the dance school and all of the parents ofmy experience and I will be ordering anything I need further online as I find Dance mania to be dishonest liars when it comes to selling there merchandise

I would recommend this shop all day long, service with a smile

Very wasted journey visited on Saturday to find it closed after looking on here saying that its open till 5 very far from home

Helpful Staff. nice shop. they have knowledge in dance wear and piont fitting and will ulter items of clothing and other materials that need meaning or adjusting

Fantastic service. Very thorough explanations of the service as well. Not rushed to make decisions
