Small rooms , a little dated, grubby walls, decent form bed and a couple of thin pillows great shower plus toiletries and plenty of towels, decent TVs with accessible HDMI,Power and USB by bedsA bit noisy with people upstairs banging and crashing late at nightNo kettle in room but you can get hot water for free in reception or buy hot drinks . All members of staff were very good and also friendly.

We booked an accessible room as I had read reviews about the rooms being tiny (and my partner fractured his ankle). Room was on ground floor. Plenty of space in the room. Comfy bed. Nice and clean. Great location and great service.

Pretty dirty. Bed was uncomfortable and I had small banana flies flying around in my room. Nice staff though. Close to the train station.

This is my first time ever dropping a review but I have to. When I came the room I booked was small with no windows so I upgraded. The staffs were so nice and accommodating as I just came straight from the Airport, even earlier than my check in time. It’s worth the money I must say! Decent, neat! And the staffs are wayy attentive and nice. I have to give it to Frank and Angelica! One of the best customer service I have ever gotten. Will definitely recommend this hotel for a short stay!!!!

So small ...2 of us in double room but the room was very small ... the bed was pushed against the wall on one side ... no room to stand up at the bottom of the bed as it was a tiny space .... sockets and charging points on one side.No room to put a case so had to use the toilet ... no hanging space just one metal hanger, no drinks facilities in the room, they are available at an extra cost in receptionBathroom a decent size for the room ... obviously only a showerLimited parking first come basis at a cost of £10 ... Once parked you can't move your carReception lady was lovelyClose enough to centre and very close to the Thames

Yes it's super cheap, no you won't get a bar, coffee machine (other than the one at reception) and yes you'll have to pay a few quid for every extra like parking and late checkout but ... The time are clean, beds comfy and the staff are absolutely brilliant. It also couldn't be simpler to get into the town centre and there's a great Deli cafe, Richfield's in one direction and a late night convenience store in the other. All the delivery companies know where it is and can bring you just about every cuisine imaginable. What's not to like? You don't have a table or chair in your room so working will be laptop on the bed.

It's a decent budget hotel, there are a few things you need to know. The rooms are tiny (I have a tent with more space) so you'll want to be on your own or with someone you know really well. The bathroom is kinda part of the bedroom. There's a door but it's glass - again you'd best be solo or with a really good buddy/partner.The stairs are steep and I don't think there's a lift. Some rooms have no windows and although my room was double, the bed was pushed up against the wall. I had to sit in the bed to do my hair and makeup because the mirror is right next to it. There are no flat surfaces apart from a tiny shelf next to the bed and no chair. But it was clean, the bed comfy and the staff lovely. I was only in town for a night so it was perfect really. I didn't need any more.
