We have been renting a property managed by the Lynks for over 3 years and have always felt supported by the team. Issues are quickly resolved and communication has always been brilliant. I would recommend the Lynks to anyone looking to rent a property as they are very efficient, down to earth, very friendly and realistic.

Lynks are by far the best estate agents I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with. Every single member of staff is lovely, responsive and efficient. They made the process of renting a property from them incredibly easy.It also has to be said that the property I am renting is beautiful and of great value. A fantastic landlord and managing estate agents is incredibly hard to come by, but Lynks really are top quality.

I purchased an apartment via Lynks Estate Agents in Hyde in July 2023z Donna H handled this sale and I can honestly say she did an outstanding job from the outset and throughout. This was the first purchase I bought by myself and I am so grateful the house I bought was up for sale with Lynks estate agents. Naturally, I was nervous about purchasing a property by myself but Lynks made me feel completely at ease.From first getting in contact with Lynks to arrange a viewing they were extremely helpful, they listened to when I was available to view the property and made arrangements as soon as possible.On viewing the property the gentleman that showed me around was great, he walked me around the property, he knew the answers to all the questions I asked and then he allowed me to walk around on my own and take everything in.I made an offer within 10 minutes of leaving the property and even though this took a little while to be accepted due to the vendor making a decision, Lynks kept me updated frequently as they knew how much I loved the property.From my offer being accepted, they had documents sent over to me in a very timely manner. They kept me up to date on where everything was up to throughout the process, and they liaised between myself, the vendor, and our solicitors where necessary.I completed within 8 weeks of making an offer and I could not recommend Lynks enough. If I or anyone else I know wished to sell their property I would definitely recommend using Lynks.
