Shellie was absolutely fantastic at her job. Went above and beyond her duties and you can see she is passionate about her role. She deserves more than a pat on the back. Well done Shellie. Definitely coming back to Farnworth store.

I went to my local photo shop on 26/3/2022, to have a Driving Licence photo taken re DVLA. I have compromised immune system due to chemotherapy..I haven't been in a shop for two years, I mentioned this to Shellie and because the shop was empty (just after 9.00am) she locked the door, she put on her mask, and proceeded to wipe the all the surfaces down. She did my photo, and when I was leaving she asked a customer if she would step back while I passed, back on to the street. I was worried about going but what can I say it was brilliant, I could not have asked for a better service, Shellie was a star, and thank you very much, again

After travelling to London with the photos for a passport we were told by the passport office that they just weren't good enough, very poor quality and over exposed. We had to get some more done which delayed us and more costs all round. Not happy.

Went to the shop yesterday to order a Jubilee t.shirt and get a photo printed off. Shellie was excellent and knew just what to do. The t.shirt is amazing and the photo we had blown up and printed is excellent. Brilliant service from the lady.

Used this branch several times and cannot fault the lady who runs it. Always on her own, trying to serve several people at the same time, and just before Christmas the shop was full, yet she treated every customer with courtesy and professionalism. She is kind, friendly, and nothing is too much trouble. Max Spielmann, treasure her!

I have been in to the Farnworth store as I wanted a photo of my two children taking and putting on a USB. The lady working (I can't remember her name). There was one member of staff working and only one other customer in store, who was waiting on prints so the lady was ready to take a couple of photos for me, until another family walked in wanting passport pics, the staff member asked if she could do the pics quickly before mine, which I agreed, however after several more customers came in, I ended up waiting 25minutes. The lady finally came to take the pics and I explained I just needed one good shot so I could order some things online. After taking 12 pics, the kids had had enough, due to the wait so she uploaded onto a screen for me to have a look. Whilst I was looking through the staff member took a phone call.which was clearly about sales and how busy or not it had been and if she was meeting target. I asked what offers and she said she didn't have any USBs in stock and it would cost 35 for a disc to which I said I would just get some prints then as I wasn't expecting it to be that much and I wanted usb really. So I decided on 5 10x8 prints which came to £50!! How on earth 5 photos cost that I don't know but with the kids getting grumpy, I felt a had no choice but to pay as she'd already printed them plus I suffer with anxiety so confronting someone is a no go. Anyway I get home and had a look on your website to see you have portrait packages that would have been far better in terms of what I had explained I needed and clearly better value such as the gold package. Why was this not offered to me? I do feel now on reflection I was used to just up this ladies target which is disappointing as she seemed really lovely but clearly didn't care about giving me a good deal so close to christmas.I use the max spielman portrait several times a year as they're normally great for Birthday presents and christmas but I usually visit the Bolton branch. I don't think after today's experience I'll be using them again. Very disappointed to say the least.

went today to have my passport renewed and the girl who was there was rushed of her feet and she was absolutely brilliant 1st class services all the way think she deserves a pay rise I think she was called shellie

I went into the shop to copy some old pictures. Shellie was very helpful and kind. The photos came out great so I asked for another set which for which I was charged ½ price . I was grateful for this. Good customer service and a shop supporting the town of Farnworth .
