Halfords Autocentre Camborne

This was my first time using a Halfords Autocentre and i was not disappointed, the staff were absolutely amazing and were so helpful with a new car I had purchased that turned out not to be in the condition I thought it was, they looked and checked the car over and advised of what was wrong with it. I will not hesitate to use them again in the future going forward. The whole team of who I interacted with were super friendly. definitely would recommend in the future to others

Although this visit was only for a relatively simple double tyre change, the service I received from Halfords Autocentre in Camborne was excellent. This was my first dealing with this Autocentre and the whole process from start to finish was great. Before my visit I had a query about my tyre specifications an the Centre was extremely helpful, polite and courteous. These same traits were evident on the day of my appointment when I met the staff in person. The receptionist even (without any request on my part) sought a chair for me to sit in whilst I waited for the job to be completed! the job itself was done to my entire satisfaction and I would not hesitate to recommend this Autocentre.

It's very easy to make appointment's using the online service and they are very professional.But the prices ranges are bit on higher side

I was misdirected here by Halford’s customer service team when I rang them to ask about getting a minor part for my car fitted. While I wouldn’t give the customer service team a good score, the team at the auto centre were really helpful. They took the time to deal with me and sorted out the issue really quickly. They made it all straightforward and simple.

Popped my Nissan juke in today because it was making a rattling sound the mechanic was very helpful and diagnosed the problem straight away

Friendly and helpful with information. Not like your local mechanic who might checkvsomethingcquickkycfor you without booking in. Their membership offers seem worth considering to spread the cost of servicing, Mot etc.

Excellent service and communication. Very professional and didn’t feel ripped off in any way. I believe they are an honest garage. And I’ve been stung before. So happy with the service. Thank you. My one recommendation is to add the MOT appointment time on to your correspondence following the booking as that was the only thing left out. And I was unsure by the time I came around.

Called the autocenter for quote after a failed mot. Spoke to Sarah and she was extremely helpful with getting a quote and also speaking with the mot tester to ensure that part that needed was going to only pass the Mot but also keep the car in top condition for the next few years. Definitely would recommend any near Camborne to check them out

Had the free air con check and it turned out my car was completely empty of gas so had to be booked into the garage to be refilled. They managed to get me in straight away luckily and kept me updated with their progress and also advised me that I needed a new tyre. Very friendly and helpful staff - thank you!

So it was a booking for a major service: dropped the car off as arranged for 8:30 and was told that it should be ready for lunch time, which was fine. At two o clock when no one had rung me I contacted the garage and was told that there had been a delay with the wrong oil being delivered and then finding that the brakes needed some work. In the end it was 5 by the time the work had been completed.I appreciate that unexpected problems can cause delays, my point is just that keeping the customer informed would be really helpful.That aside I have no complaints: the staff were friendly and helpful and the service was good value for money. I will certainly be returning for any future work.
