Kwik Fit - Blackburn

This afternoon I visited Blackburn kwikfit with a puncture. I must say it was an absolutely lovely experience. They were very busy so I was dreading not getting seen to today. Reason I visited was this place always has good reviews. Anyway on arriving in the car park as busy as they were the manager walked up to my car and greeted me. He asked what was needed today and told me that he is very busy but if I am ok waiting he will squeeze my car in-between jobs and try to get it fixed as soon as possible. He showed me where the puncture was and told me he could repair it. We agreed a price for the puncture repair and within half an hour the puncture was repaired. He then escorted me back into the work shop to show me that he had infact repaired the puncture and that he wanted me to see for myself so I know what I am paying for.once I paid he then asked Ben to walk me to my car as he had other people waiting to speak to him in reception. The place was clean even though they were busy, reception was nice and tidy also. It's not something you see very often and I am so grateful for the service. Hardworking lads who take pride in their work and a credit to kwikfit.Thanyou ever so much for the experience .

Ali attended to my car, he was very informative and helpful and I felt reassured in regards to my car concerns. I would like to express huge thanks to Ali, who fit in an emergency tyre replacement, following a puncture, for me at very short notice! I was in transit from London to Oban in Scotland and needed to complete the journey that day due to a hard commitment there the next morning.

Was a good price and a lot of work went in to the repair It would have been 5 stars but you didn’t tighten one of my wheel bolts which i only found when I cleaned it a few days later. Need to bring it back for you to tighten that up. Then 5 stars.

My name is Saad I’m from Manchester. on Friday the 23rd of June my shift was Accrington. At 14:30 I had Tire Binger in my car while at working. I called Enterprise company as my car from them. And they sent to Kwik Fit in Accrington Whalley Rd I went there the garage was empty. But they guy who works there told me Ohh sorry we fully booked. I goes like enterprise sent me here because it’s urgent and I’m on duty. He goes like I can’t. After they I told him gave the tyre I will change, he said okay but you need to pay £40 !!!!! I was like no no paying for it because enterprise they paying for it. After that I was making phone call with AA and the guy came up to me and asked to leave and make my phone call outside. I left then I called the Kwik Fit in Blackburn the manager of the place called Abbess he said come me and I will fix it for you. I went to blackburn and the manger Abbess stopped what he was doing and changed the tyre also checked all four tires. And he did not ask for money or how much or who’s paying never. Abbess your amazing men and %100 I need anything for my car I come to you thanks for your support and help.

What a great place and a fabulous staff. I came in without an appointment and it was absolutely no problem. The manager Abbas Aftab is a diamond. I wish I had him in my business. Well done!

Very bad experience please avoidgo to them. All new staff and doesn’t know any job. Booked for tyre replacement and not even order. Wasted 1hr 30 min waiting and no tyre. Please avoid any cost they not trained. Never use them again
