When I needed a new part for my Volkswagen, they went out of their way to get the best deal for me saving me a substantial amount of money. No messing about- polite, friendly and professional staff. I highly recommend this family business !!

Purchased a Skoda vrs that I have had for while now. I thought some feedback would be in order. When purchasing vehicle I asked how many owners it had , Alex informed me two. When receiving my new vehicle registration, it stated 5 previous owners. I have been lied to. Also the two rear tyres were nearing safety standards limit lines, it was a task getting two tyres that should have been replaced when being sold. Was told car had been fully checked and serviced but no record provided. Thought I would ask Alex about the amount of owners , he responded that’s only two that we dealt with! He knows that’s not the question I asked and he answered untruthfully. Would I buy from this company again the answer would be no. I do not like lies, and also had the car checked by mechanic in Ballymena who informed me front bumper had been sprayed , do not know what to think! Having now seen the response, I was never given evidence of servicing and also the car is older than 2019....

Couldn't recommend this place enough, dealt with Alex who was an absolute gentleman from start to finish, outstanding customer service, will be returning and recommending for years to come

I dont know much about cars but wasnt left to feel stupid , really nice people and helpful , so excited to be driving my Ford Ecosport thanks so much 10/10 would definatley recomend

I bought today from Stephen, Alex and Thomas. I last bought a car from them in 2010 and I was delighted that their values, service and care remain the same today as they were back then. How rare is that?? Every second hand car is a leap of faith...but you can put your trust in these guys 100%. Delighted to be their customer once again.

I purchased a 2012 Mazda 6 on 04/03/2023 having viewed it the evening before.12/03/2023 I contacted Thomas to report that the brakes were pulsing - suspected warped discs. Told to bring the car back 21/03/2023.21/03/2023 brought car to dealership, all 4 discs and all pads replaced.27/05/2023 contacted JM tyres for a quote for a new tyre as the D/S rear kept loosing air.29/05/2023 took the car to JM, 4 new tyres required at £320.00. 3 tyres at legal limit and one described as dangerous as the sidewall was so badly cracked / dosed it was leaking air. Fitter amazed car had passed MOT 6 months before. Informed Thomas of this.05/06/2023 contacted Thomas to report loud creaking / banging from front suspension. Told him i suspected ball joints or steering knuckle and that gaiters were all perished / dosed.07/06/2023 Thomas contacted me to say soonest car could be seen was 19/06/2023.19/06/2023 car taken to Mawhinneys at 0745h to enable mechanic to get straight on job.21/06/2023 Thomas called me at 0930h to say noise could not be found, to take the car away again and bring it back if the noise reappeared.Collected car at 1100h to drive home, by 1130h noise had returned. Car back at Mawhinneys by 1200h, Thomas and mechanic came out to listen to the noise. Mechanic diagnosed noise as coming from worn bottom arm ball joints and advised 2 new front arms required. Mechanic further stated that several dust covers perished and were letting in water / dirt.Told to take car away and he would call me with a date to bring it back. He said that i would be prioritised since I had been required to return.Thomas called at 1730h to advise that first date available was 21/07/2023.22/06/2023 spoke with Stephen to advise him of situation and that I wasn't feeling priortised. He said he would look in to it.01/07/2023 car developed noise from blow out in exhaust. I found a hole through a previous poor repair. Suspension noise getting worse.02/07/2023 contacted Thomas to report exhaust leak and suspension getting worse and to say that 21/07/2023 repair date is not acceptable for a 'priority' job.03/07/2023 Thomas contacted me to advise to bring car on 04/07/2023.04/07/2023 car taken for repairs.07/07/2023 Thomas called to say car ready, suspension arms replaced and exhaust repaired.16/09/2023 contacted Thomas to let him know MOT was in 1 month so that he could book car in for prep and MOT as agreed at point of sale. Booked car in for prep on 16/10/2023.16/10/2023 car left in for prep and MOT, collected 18/10/2023 with clean MOT. On way home I noticed a rattle and blow from exhaust however car now out of warranty period.21/10/2023 took the car to exhaust shop to investigate noises.They advised:- loose heatshield on catalytic converter- blow out just before cat- blow out at middle flange- blow out at previous repair done on 07/07/2023They advised that previous repair was of very poor quality and surprised car passed MOT just a few days previously. Quoted £400 for required work as only the cat and rear silencers could be salvaged, rest of the exhaust was too badly corroded to save. I contacted Thomas to express my disappointment with the car.26/10/2023 repairs to exhaust completed at £360.As of today (28/10/2023) I have not recieved a reply to my email sent on 21/10/2023.While I understand that you don't get a new car from a used car dealer, the level of pre-sale preparation on this car appears to have been poor. Warped discs, worn out suspension, dangerous tyres and a rusted exhaust do not suggest a thorough PDI. I even found that the cabin filter was wet, mouldy and full of leaves 2 months after purchase - this should have been noticed during PDI.Although some of the repairs were covered under warranty I am still out of pocket for the others. I have also ended up travelling 200 miles to and from the dealership, been without the car for 10 days and had to drive a car with a known fault for 40 days in total.All in all, a terrible experience and a dealership I will not be buying from again.

My husband & I bought a car last sat , Alex was really nice & professional & helpful in every way. Everything was straightforward, fast & efficient & on time.
