Would have loved to had tried their perfumes with my friend but alas the 2 staff members on shift would not even look at us, let alone get off of their seats where they were both on their phones the entire time we were in store.

US buyers BE AWARE! I received a sample pack from Eden Perfumes since I was looking for colognes that were safer. The sample assortment was very strong and I did not enjoy any of the scents. I reached out to customer support to receive a refund. They requested I send the items back to receive the refund. I went to the post office to return to the UK and the United States Postal Service will not send perfume through the mail since it is flammable. I have no way to send the items back for a refund and am out over $70 with an item I will not use. Eden customer service had no recommendations for me and would not issue a refund without the items. I am sure they have some great products, however, I will not be utilizing them moving forward.

Love this place staff amazing...so helpful. Today wanted to try a new scent..told them scents I like and they recommended some on back of this bought the 2 they suggested!! Amazing vegan perfumes smell like big names without the cruelty and you can get bottles refilled. Only place to go for perfumes for me love them.

Brilliant dupes of your favourite perfumes wothout the price tag, cruelty, waste, etc. I've been using Eden for years, their customer service is always amazing.

Went in for the first time today and the staff were brilliant. They found me a perfect replica of my favourite perfume and since this afternoon I’ve already had so many compliments on it. Amazing price as well.

I was starting to get a bit nervous as my bottle of Le Labo’s Another 13 was startling to run low and its hella expensive. I went to Eden on the offchance they might have a dupe for it… and not only do they, it smells absolutely identical and costs £20 for 30ml. Another 13 costs £60 for 15 ml, so ml for ml it’s amazing value. Very very happy with my scent! Thank you Eden.

The loveliest people work here. They are so accomodating and I managed to get some lovely perfume for my mum that smells exactly like her favourite but without the hefty price tag. Will be coming back again and again.

Called in yesterday (Saturday) bought 2 bottles. Young guy behind the counter was brilliant. Great advice from him. Nothing was too much trouble. Will definitely buy again. Men’s perfume was exactly as the expensive brands. Really pleased and would highly recommend.. you won’t be disappointed.
