Had an issue with my car making a loud knocking sound, I thought I was going to be weeks without my car however it was fixed and ready to collect the same day and the price I was shocked with the value as the first garage I took it to quoted me £200 more and said that it would be at least a week before I could get my car back. Staff are very friendly would definitely recommend!

Bought an Audi A1 today from Ian and the guys at Guaranteed motors. I have to say this has to be one of the best possible experiences I could’ve had. From minute one to picking up the car I couldn’t be more impressed by the service I received and certainly removed any anxiety I may have had regarding buying my first “big” car purchase. Had my car repaired a month ago at garage had no end of trouble since getting car back with being unable to use it. Nick guest from Guaranteed Motors was able to help me and find and solve problem and discover how I had been completely done over and charged for new part when infact was not!!! . He Was honest and open all the way and was in my corner and helped me get refund back and able to get car done and back to me quickity quick! Thank you so much.

Recently fixed some issues with my car that a garage in the town center could not even diagnose.So happy I went to these guys otherwise I'd still not have a car to drive safely.Thanks once again you're mechanical skills are excellent. Working in the repair business my self I know how hard it is to diagnose intermittent faults but these guys absolutely nailed it.
