Michelle was very welcoming, supportive and knowledgeable. Nothing was too much bother for her as she patiently encouraged me to try different colours/styles of wigs. She really eased my anxiety. When I returned to collect my chosen wig, Michelle again took time to cut and style it to suit me, matching a previous photo I had of my own hair colour and style. It looks so natural that friends and family are impressed! And looking in the mirror, even I can't believe how natural it looks. Thank you so much to Michelle and the Staff at Parruche for helping me to feel more like myself again.

I was diagnosed with breast cancer and Parruche where highly recommended to me when I first went there they were so kind and understanding to what I needed. And I came away with an amazing wig that suited me, my family and friends where amazed how it just looked as though I had my hair done at the hairdressers. The staff are just angels in disguise I would highly recommend them to boost you’re confidence and make you feel amazing thankyou so much for giving me the reason to look in the mirror again x

Hi, i am trans in progress and made my first visit to Parruche today for my first two wigs. I have to say, the staff are so welcoming and it is a very relaxed atmosphere. The minute you walk into the shop the ladies look after from start to finish.Its a very traumatic time for ladies loosing their hair due to chemotherapy or any other medical condition.The choice of wigs are amazing.I bet you end up getting 2.The NHS give you voucher for one on your first chemotherapy treatment you just take this along once you have booked your appointment.

I took my elderly mum in to Parruche last week to get a wig. She has been quite ill this year and as a result has experienced significant hair loss. This has really affected her confidence and general wellbeing. She was reluctant to go out or see people.We did not think she would be able to get a natural looking wig however we were so wrong. My mum managed to get a lovely wig in a style that was very similar to her own hairstyle. Michelle was so patient and understanding with my mum throughout the whole process. We never felt rushed to make a decision. I would definitely recommend Parruche without hesitation. We are already planning to take my mum’s sister to get a wig.

I had a brilliant experience yesterday, when purchasing my first wig.I have lost all my confidence, due to my hair thinning & came to my appointment with no expectations.Michelle, thoroughly looked after me & was incredibly patient, as I tried on lots of different wigs, until we found the perfect one.As a hairdresser myself, having worked with wigs, I know I was a difficult customer. From when I arrived at Parrucche I was welcomed and made to feel at ease. Michelle was lovely, I tried on several wigs and she helped me reach my decision. My husband was outside in the car and she was also happy for me to pop out to let him see them too. Totally professional, couldn’t recommend them enough.
