The spaces are too small for most modern cars, some spaces so small you won't get out of your car once parked, generally so for passengers. Car damage happens all too regularly because of these narrow spaces. Only park there out of necessity.

Don't get me wrong. It's a very handy place to park your car. The clocks where you need to pay needs an upgrade. I'm not talking of software upgrade. Which they already done it, and people are getting more confused now than previously. They have the old screen with a new software and is so easy to receive a penalty charge. Please change the whole machines. Thanks

Charges for the only car park for people to shop in this town, went up, no free charges days, used to be Sundays! Not anymore! What rotten counsil runs this town don't know but for sure they do Not care about people , only money!

Always busy, exits and entrances in the wrong place. Overall it looks like it was designed by someone who hates driving and drivers.Prices set by East Hertfordshire Council so not too bad, free half hour, one price for Sunday. Check in option is helpful if you decide to stop for food on the fly.

I always park in here but it's an unsettling place to park. People going to their cars dont look where they are going & walk out in front of my car, then get mad when they get tooted at. Children running about as well so I am always terrified of hitting one.The layout of getting in and out of the car park is madness. At busy times it gets gridlocked and can get stuck in there for a very long time, once it took nearly 2 hours and the police had to be called to sort the mess out.
