Albrighton Bowling and Football Clubs

Lovely place out in the middle of the countryside,great for watching the air show at RAFCosford, even better with a pint in your hand(make sure someone else is driving if your drinking) a very nice day was had by all there were approx 300 people for air show day,any other time it's wonderful nice and Quiet,you can even hear a woodpecker some times I've heard him on many occasions, plus just up the road is RAF Cosford Musium which is well worth a visit, if you have a big family don't worry about the cost it's free entry take a packed lunch and it's even cheeper.

I RESENT SUCH INVASIVE INTERFERENCE ABSOLUTELY, I FIND THIS KIND OF FOLLOW UP COMMUNICATION PROCESS A DISGUSTING BREACH OF PRIVACY, DO NOT PERSIST FURTHER BECAUSE MY NEXT RESPONSE WILL BE LESS POLITE, YOU GET ONE STAR ONLY BECAUSE I AM DENIED THE OPTION OF THE MEGA MINUS RATING YOU DESERVE.

Went for an under 12s football tournament. Pitch split into 4 separate pitches. A little small for 7 a side, not a lot of room for the players. 5 a side would have probably been better. Clean toilets available and toilet roll refilled through the day. Burgers and bacon rolls available for £3 eachTea, coffee and cans of fizzy drinks for a £1 each. A small section of sweets for 10p-25p depending on which you had. Plenty of room for spectators on a raised bank so a good view of the pitch. Parking £3 a car and plenty of parking on the surrounding housing estate. Overall a good venue and good afternoon of football

Had a fantastic day here watching the air show everyone was kind and heipful

1st ever visit and was amazed at the well organised event for the air show.Really nice people and no trouble. I have given 4 stars due to toilets. Separate mens urinals were available but many opted for the porta loos which were being used by both men and women ( no separate for women) and after the men have used them it shows they just cannot aim causing my gagging reflex to go I to overdrive and my sense of smell to only smell the toilets for the following 2 days. Please make women only next time I beg you...

Went to watch the airshow from RAF Cosford, good views and tidying parking. Bit of an issue getting out once everyone's parked as it's a bit like sardines. Would visit again

Great friendly atmosphere. The club plays bowls in various leagues, which include Mid-Shropshire, Telford Ladies, Mid-Shropshire Senior Citizens and the Highley League. Plenty of social bowling for those who do not wish to play at league level. Social functions are in plenty of supply throughout the bowling and closed season.
