If you want legal assistance that you're 100% confident is acting in you're best interests then you couldn't choose a better solicitors in my opinion!Leaving a review for a criminal defence solicitor infers that you've probably been subject to criminal charges at some point and I assume that's why they don't receive much online feedback (apart from people venting because they didn't get the outcome they wanted).I deal with all legal matters in the first instance regardless of the situation through Alexander Cousins and Shaid Iqbal has been my solicitor for over 15 years. Over this period, Shaid has provided legal assistance to myself as well as many family and friends in all aspects of the law and he has never disappointed.If I was caught doing 85 on the motorway and wanted to challenge it, I'd call Alexander Cousins without hesitation..... If I faced serious criminal charges (and I hope I never do), I'd want Shaid Iqbal as my legal council, unequivocally!

I wouldn’t even give them 1 star!I used shaid for 2 cases! First case he threw me under the bus and had me pleading guilty to something I had no clue of!He has the worst barristers that only care for getting paid and not to get you off!DO NOT USE THIS SOLICITORS FIRM! Under no circumstances use ALEXANDER COUSINS!They use barristers that are prosecutors! Ive now switched firms and use a defence only barrister now!With shaid i was looking at 5 years but when i got intouch with stephen uttley, a top class barrister, he assure me this is nothing much more than a community order!He is a bad man shaid, that is more crooked than the people he defends! And whats even worse is he is sleezy with it and pretends to care about you but o think he only cares about bank balances or trying to be a barrister himself! He knows very little about law!***DO NOT USE ALEXANDER COUSINS SOLICITORS!!!***

i would highly recommend alexander cousins solicitors. If you are arrested or interviewed by police, do not use a duty solicitor, ask for them in person. upon my sons arrest i contacted them, Mr Iqbal attended interview. i found him to be down to earth he was very helpful, professional and he knew exactly what to do he even helped my son in returning his computer and mobile phone which the police had taken. luckily for us no further action was taken with the police. Highly recomend this firm and Mr Iqbal.
