My experience of Amy at Lindy Griffiths has been excellent. She has restored by back to a fully working condition and it is now as good as it was before my fall. She was very good at explaining what the issues were and what she was doing. She also was good at giving further exercises to assist the recovery. I would thoroughly recommend.

I originally started with unbelievably strong, deep tissue massages with Edith to help with lower back pain and strained neck muscles. This woman is made of steel, but has the softest personality. More recently, I've been seeing physio therapist Tolis Sassanis for a 4 week treatment plan. He has taught me ways to reduce my pain every day, setting up a plan that is beginning to change my life. All staff at Chichester Physio are kind and friendly, I've always felt welcomed and supported. It took me a few years to find the right therapists, I'll never go anywhere else now.

With a whiplash injury and the punishment my back gets with work a really good Physio has been my lifeline, Lindy and her team have been far more than that and I can’t thank them enough for their support, both in their treatment but also their kind and caring manor. My go to has always been Lindy, but under her recommendation I have also regularly booked appointments with Sarah Waters, she has proved to be absolutely fantastic and, in all honesty, I find it hard to choose between either of them now.If you need a good Physio and or Sports Massage I can’t recommend here enough.

Following problems with persistent back pain, I booked sports massage with Molly. She concentrated on the hamstrings and my legs and gave me a few stretches to incorporate in my daily routine. I’m not able to do quite what I could before the back issue YET, but the pain has more or less gone which is a huge relief!Molly is very professional and approachable and she immediately put me at my ease before the massage explaining in advance the techniques she was going to use. I have no hesitation in recommending her and the Chichester Physio /Lindy Griffiths practice. Thank you!Sarah Burden Chichester

All the team were very welcoming and friendly - Tim located the source & reasoning for my pain very quickly, and was able to relieve most of it within the first session! He also provided exercises for me to try at home to further my treatment. Would definitely go back if the problem (or any other problems!) were to persist :)

I went to the clinic with an extraordinarily painful shoulder. I was completely unable to perform basic task without pain. I saw Tolis for one session and was astonished by the improvement after 45 minutes. He correctly diagnosed what was wrong and gave me treatment and exercises to take the pain away and strengthen and repair my shoulder injury. I cannot recommend the clinic, and specifically Tolis, highly enough.

I contacted the clinic because I had a very painful shoulder injury. They arranged an appointment for me very promptly with Tim.He was kind & patient and a good listener. He also gave me some very helpful advice, for which I am most grateful.Everyone I met at the clinic was friendly and helpful and I would recommend them to anyone with painful injuries.Following Tim’s advice I saw a consultant who said he thought I’d torn my rotator cuff & this was confirmed with an X-ray & ultrasound scan.I’m really grateful for Tim’s advice as if I had not listened to it I could’ve made the injury much worse. Thank you!

As a middleaged cricketer who plays and umpires throughout the season, I regularly have suffered injuries ranging from a ruptured groin to regular neck, back and leg problems.The team at Chichester Physio are brilliant and have against all the odds managed to keep me active and playing for the past ten years. I have absolutely no hesitation in commending Ms Lindy Griffiths and her team to any individual in need of professional physiotherapy. I have confidently commended the practice to other players and to friends who have all been appreciative of the excellent service and quality of treatment.
