Great service from really friendly and helpful staff. Knowing I'm from out of town they worked quickly to do the repair and ensure everything was working before I walked out of the door! Plus gave me 60day warranty which is great, most places give less than a month!

The Diode shop are a great bunch of people. My phone had an issue with its charging socket, they pretty much instantly found what it was (internal damage) and luckily had the part to replace it. Given it's a 5 year old phone, I was very happy to hear the repairs would be quick, and happier still to pay the very reasonable bill for it all. Lifesavers!

Amazing service. My phone would t charge properly. The technician found a bit of dirt in the port and it worked fine again. No charge and a very friendly person. Fantastic!!

If I could give these guys ten stars, I would. So so helpful, saved me when my work laptop/pen drive weren’t playing ball and I wouldn’t go anywhere else ever again!!!

Lovely place and really nice gents working there. No fix no fee offered with the work to remove dirt from charging point as wasn’t charging. Fixed and charged on my return. Top service. Thanks guys

Second time I've broken my phone screen in 6 months; last time I took it to a recommended Samsung repairer and their service was utterly appauling. Took it this time around to The Diode Shop and I was very happy. The screen had to be ordered in but it was there next day and they fixed it and called me to collect. Thier customer service was excellent too. Although I'm hoping I won't break my screen again, I now feel safe in the knowledge there is a local place that I can trust to do a great job. Highly recommend!

Helpful, knowledgeable and inexpensive.Fixed my Samsung phone quickly,I went to get an ice cream and walked around, 30 minutes later it was done.Recommend.
