Although they have successfully delivered an eBay item to me before - they have refused to bother this time - a repear order of the same item.They have a problem for every solution!You will need to use someone else if you have any issues about the location of a drop off that they can use to avoid doing thier job!

Ridiculous experience. Firstly no prior communication they were delivering. I asked the driver what would happen if I hadn’t been in, the only reason I was at home was due to my child being off school poorly, he said he would just have turned around and left. Then he said how are you going to get the large package off the van. I said can’t you help, he said no. Fortunately some lads doing some building work next door came to help otherwise again he would just have left with the package undelivered. Then I said are you able to take the pallet back the item was delivered on and he said no, bye, drove off. Would never use this company again, never seen anything like it.

Good staff. Phil on the forklift is number 1 topdog . Not sure if theres much skirt in office these days as havent been for a while

CLOWNS - these guys were meant to deliver tiles to me on a pallet. They told me twice it would be delivered, which i waited at home for. Instead they sent them back to Ireland, then asked me to sort out the paper work again. DO NOT USE THEY ARE AMATEURS AND DONT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS

Although I appreciate anything being delivered in these times. The conversations I had with the company were great and they were so helpful. The courier/driver on the other hand was NOT!It wasn't really necessary for your driver to just dump the cooker and walk away after my builders had asked if he could possibly bring the HUGE RANGE OVEN closer to my front door. Instead he just laughed at them thinking the whole situation was amusing. They were not asking him to bring it in the house just closer to the house. Diabolical service from the driver.

When asked not to deliver items that had been ordered to my address they just went around the corner and delived them anyway. This I feel does nothing to stop fraud. When I called the office the response was not really interested

(Former Employee) Terrible to work for not seen as an employee just a number. Staff all treated differently they have there number one staff members who are treated like royalty and the other few who aren't given a toot about. Got told off for asking for uniform once. Made to drive unroadworthy trucks and trailers. Never get a job here stay well clear if you want to be looked after.

Excellent lads loaded us quick can't fault the company. Stay safe

Small yard can be a problem when there are several waggons delivering, but quick turnaround though.
