Love getting building materials from here ,always friendly staff willing to help with your products. Good selection of timber products and the shop has a wide variety of ironmongery and adhesives ect.

Wanted some slate chippings that weren’t in stock at Melksham, but Darrian sourced them from a local branch & arranged delivery within 2 days! Very happy with the service & how the slate looks! Thank you TP Melksham!

When you ask for a morning delivery and it turns up at 2.30 pm contractors standing around since 11.30 am waiting for said delivery, I suppose it's ok you don't have to pay people to stand around. Would never use again.

Big shout out to Phil from the Melksham branch. I have very narrow sloping access to my property. Phil tried to deliver but the lorry couldn't cope with the slope and tight turn. He went back to the depot, moved all my goods onto a different vehicle and came straight back. Job done.Customer service is excellent, I would 100% recommend.
