House Cleaning Services Buckingham

Called this service to book an End of Tenancy cleaning, and gave all details to them about the property and what would need to be done (3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, kitchen, and conservatory with freshly cleaned carpets and allfurniture moved out). They quoted me £250 for the cleaning to take place the following morning (no time specified on the call) and asked to message me on WhatsApp to confirm the appointment. I agreed and sent pictures of the property as requested. They did not give me direct responses for 11 hours about the price or time of the appointment, and finally when I called he gave me the price of £480. I can understand a small price change as the job gets looked over, however doubling the price and claiming your assistant spoke to me and just gave me wrong information is unprofessional and when speaking he was very rude. And, because he took 11 hours (11:30 AM to 10:00PM to respond to me, all other businesses were closed. Very untimely, unprofessional, and rude. Would not recommend.
