Fantastic team of people working here. It was a Sunday night, very busy, however the desserts came out incredibly quick, the staff were very polite and courteous. Great atmosphere too!

I’m not sure why people are rating this place so bad because it’s quite awesome and the staff are nice. Really cheap and give great desserts for the price.

Have been here a few times whenever I’m in the mood for a sneaky dessert after dinner. The desserts are decent in terms of quality and are in fact worth the price. However, there have been multiple times in which the staff have given us the wrong order and have in fact overcharged us for something we didn’t even end up getting. I remember once my boyfriend and I ordered two milkshakes with two extremely different flavours. We didn’t receive them after about 20-30 minutes of waiting so we asked them about it and had to wait again. We then received the two milkshakes and after having a sip each realised that they were both just plain vanilla. Apparently there was a mix up between two different orders, one being ours and one being delivery. The training of staff in the environment needs to be improved and looked over to avoid issues with table layout and wrong orders being made constantly.

Just another desert place.Failed in presentation.Extremely overpriced.Poor service.Waited 15 minutes in a que till as the person in front stood their deciding on what to get once at till.Overall rubbish experience.Staff have no clue on table layout when delivering deserts.Spent £21 on two deserts & two drinks.Rip off!

Mesmerising taste

We were promptly made seated and given menus.Ordered a ferroro rocher sundae, tasted good...it's slightly expensive..was priced 7.95 , couldn't finish the whole thing , cz chocolate fills you up.Service was good.Might try their waffles next time
