Cottage Dental Practice
I love this practice and travel from Liverpool on public transport to get here. All the staff are friendly, polite and well informed. Mrs Barlow my dentist also takes into consideration my anxiousness regarding my teeth, gums etc. I would recommend this practice to all especially those who may be fearful of dental procedures.

Cottage Dental Practice
My first visit to Cottage Dental Practice was a very positive one.I was greeted by receptionists who were very polite and friendly.The Dentist that I was seen by was Sarah who was brilliant along with her assistant Georgia. I have booked appointments for treatment within the next couple of weeks and i will be making this my regular Dentist.

Cottage Dental Practice
Found all the admin. staff pleasant, helpful and professional. Dentist and Hygiene staff also so nice. More like visiting friends than going to the dentist! The atmosphere is relaxed and reception is very comfortable. Would recommend Cottage Dental Practice and have done.

Cottage Dental Practice
Very efficient and friendly dentist.Friendly reception staff but I do have one small complaint. When I’m trying to discuss my next appointment date or time can I ask that the reception staff please stop continuously interrupting me to tell me how much the bill is. I would prefer to speak about my teeth first and then I’m happy to pay the bill. It gives the impression that you are only interested in money.

Always a good experience. Reception staff are lovely and friendly. Richard and Pauline extremely thorough and professional as are the assistants. I have been coming to this Dental Practice for many many years and never once have I had any problems. First class and five stars.

Have just switched to this dental practice and found my dentist and nurse to be extremely polite and helpful, I did not feel rushed, time was taken to put me at ease and my examination was very thorough. The reception staff were very professional and knowledgeable. The atmosphere was friendly and welcoming

All members of staff at the practice were extremely professional and helpful, putting me at ease immediately. Jo recommended a course of treatment to take place over the next few months but left it to my discretion to decide when.

Both my dentist (Mike) and hygienist (Pam) are wonderful. Professional, friendly, and always make me feel at ease. Great quality of care and always willing to put my comfort first. Highly recommend.

Cottage Dental Practice
I needed an emergency appointment to refit a bridge that had fallen out. An appointment was organised for that afternoon and the bridge was fitted. The service was very efficient and I am very happy with how the bridge was refitted. I was also looking to register as a new patient and was able to do this on the day and was subject to a detailed assessment. I get nervous going to the dentist but I cannot fault the professionalism of all staff who put me at ease and have set out a treatment plan for the next few months. I cannot recommend Cottage Dental Practice highly enough.

Cottage Dental Practice
Just joined this practice on Denplan and I'm very impressed. Mike filled me with confidence, took his time, gave great advice and didn't recommend unnecessary work (unlike my previous dentist!). Couldn't be happier!
