We contacted Ark about our 2 year old Dachshund, Barney. We had been in and out of a different vets for 5 weeks and Barney's issues were still ongoing and worsening. Within 3 hours of Barney visiting Ark they had diagnosed his issues and started treatment. They got Barney in very fast and done all investigative procedures in house. Our previous vets would have had to send him 40 miles away for this which was very off-putting. Very friendly and professional staff with a great practice. I would highly recommend using Ark for your pet.

My dog had cruciate ligament surgery performed on him. Sadly it failed. Total indifference shown by them.After twenty years I had no hesitation to move to another practice.Furthermore to your response I did enter into a discussion". Several phone calls and a e-mail.That was when I met the indifference."

First time we have used Ark for a horse vetting. Great service and communication. Unfortunately the horse didn’t work out but the support and feedback we received from Andrew was excellent! We would highly recommend this veterinary practice!

We were on holiday in moffat when our beloved dog Pepsi had a seizure. She was 18 but still good but we really had to do what was best for her.Everyone was so, so kind I can’t praise all the staff enough . We collected Pepsis ashes and once again we were treated with such kindness.

We have been with Ark vets for over 20 years and always found them very practical, professional and sensibly priced. The receptionists are always very friendly and helpful. All the vets are very good at their job but our favourite is definitely Hazel

Hi everyone,my dog Saxon a Staffordshire bull terrier,died suddenly on Tuesday at 5.15 pm,I phoned the ark and they were fantastic,I am so sad he's gone,I loved him so so much..cry for hours each day in private.The service at the vets was outstanding and the way ,they were with me and Saxon,was second to none.
