Having hesitated to undergo colonic hydrotherapy due to recent weight gain and feelings of embarrassment, I finally decided to book up a treatment. Lisa, the practitioner, exceeded my expectations. Her approachability, extensive knowledge, and ability to make me feel completely at ease were amazing. I ended up opting for three sessions, and I am now committed to receiving monthly treatments. I cannot stress enough how highly I recommend these treatments. They have not only boosted my energy levels but also provided the reset I needed to adopt healthier eating habits and prioritise self-care.

Session 3 and quite honestly a third visit is no more daunting than a trip to the supermarket. Still getting great results and in two and a half weeks the results have been mega, I feel so much more comfortable and almost all the bloated feelings have gone completely. (No small things when you consider 35yrs of body self-destruction!!).I've followed the advice from Lisa which has also been a huge help and can't wait for session 4 in late August.I really wish I'd discovered this 20yrs ago but can't recommend it highly enough.

Highly recommend! Lisa made the whole experience really comfortable and the information provided on booking covered all the questions I had. Facility was clean and sterile as you’d expect. We discussed future treatments but I didn’t feel pressured into booking anything. The treatment itself has made a bit difference to my overall well-being and I will be going back. Really can’t say anything negative!
