Been into the shop many times , Each time I ask for a sandwich they state who makes the sandwiches are poorly, on the next visit I’m told we are too busy today to make a sandwich , Mmmm not good service. I’ve used a baker down the road instead and they commented many people are going to them stating the same thing. If you don’t want the business greggs? Or is it your staff ?

Blown away by my experience this morning with the staff at Greggs Bramley! The kind lady at the till insisted on offering me a free flat White coffee and pan au chocolat because my veggie option wasn't available. So kind and generous. This really made my day ❤

Female staff member argued back with me telling me that I ordered a white coffee, when I'm allergic to milk I'm certain of what I ordered, and witnessed her give away free food to a customer for agreeing with her. I have never in my life ordered a white coffee from Gregg's. Absolutely shocking. Avoid this place

Pleasant staff, good clean and airey premises. Sorry greggs I would have given you 5 stars except for the slightly warm cardboard looking and textured bacon bap. Coffee good though.

The staff is always lovely even at peak times. Range is reduced due to the recent situation but the choice is still fine even for vegetarians. If I needed to be picky the Vegan Sausage roll should be given more time in the oven to get a better golden crust. Overall very good!

Fairly small and queues can get quite long, but it's kept clean and the staff have always been friendly. Small seating area inside and plenty parking available. Not ideal for pushchairs or wheelchairs given the position of the seating and size of the area.

The staff take the warm pastery and leave the customers with cold ones that should be thrown when paying warm food tax also the majority of the time i visit this branch there is nothing warm in there empty shelves and cakes I don't have this experience with any other greggs just this one

Lovely friendly patience staff with me being deaf trying to order white coffee. Always go there for takeaway and lovely chicken pasties. For the price. To be honest I miss the mushrooms go with chicken pasties

Really clean. Always happy to tell you what's warm. Always well stocked. They make a bad coffee though. Make sure you get some vanilla or something. Hide those burnt flavaaas

Very quick and convenient to grab a bite while you doing some shopping. It’s always super clean and the staff are always so positive it always makes my day when I go in.
