I have been on the phone for over half an hr.. then it says I'm sorry call back later! No wonder people call 999 for help.. ridiculous system to for already over worked staff!! Fuming! Happens all the time too! Needs to be reported...

As a health professional trying to get through to this surgery 5 times regarding something important was disgraceful no answer phone no reply. How patients get through in an emergency is beyond me

Very long wait always. Very hard to get an appointment to a doctor. It's always a nurse. And most of the time the available appointment is always two weeks ahead. And more than once, I have called to get an appointment ( it was after covid situation, so should be back to normal") and I had to wait 3 weeks to get an appointment because the nurse was going to be out for a holiday

I've been attending here for many years now and always been cared for and listened to impeccably. The last 6 months my body has raised a few serious issues and the support I have received from the receptionists, nurses/health care, pharmacist and doctors has meant the world to me and can't thank them all enough.

Usually not crowded when I've attended in the mornings. Once getting through telephone triage for your appointment you are greeted by pleasant, efficient staff and a large comfortable seating area. You are usually seen spot on your appointment time, if not earlier if you arrive early! Then take your prescription straight through to the pharmacy next door.

Absorlutly spot on to be honest seen the 2.9 star rating and was think ooo might go some where else but i went reception was spot on and so was the doctor so ye best visit ive had so far.

Terrible waiting time and awful miserable atmosphere.Could do with some music went for smear, told 4 before me but 4 nurses in. So shoukdnt be long.Hour And half later still sitting there with 2 before me. Do I lose wage and possibly job and stay sitting here until I'm seen, or do I leave, risk cancer and earn a wage to feed my family.
